Step Up was jointly created and programmes are co-delivered by Rachel Birchmore and Louise Rodgers.  They each have over 25 years’ experience of leading teams, developing businesses, advising, consulting and coaching in the built environment and extensively with architects.

Louise and Rachel are both PGC qualified and ICF accredited business and leadership coaches.
